Knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and detail oriented. Mel and her team worked with us on selling our rental property in Portland Oregon. Their work from helping us identify items to address, coordinating the work and finalizing all the details as we are out of state led to an amazing sale price as well as a quick and easy transaction.
