Meka is the consummate professional. I booked her to install crochet goddess locs in March of 2021 because I was tired of dealing with all my hair. Just recently, I had her braid my own hair so as to get half of it out of the way. She is very reasonably priced, incredibly neat and exceptionally fast. With my first visit, she braided my hair in an hour before the crochet install and my hair is 28 to 30" in length. I have made an appointment in the past with Mekajoi_Stylez for my daughter and we were very satisfied so we were shocked at what happened today. My daughter had an appointment today at 10am to get her hair braided. We booked the appointment through Booksy, which she instructed me to do and I booked the appointment two and a half weeks ago. Meka is a gem. She made me feel comfortable, she was professional and has a great personality. She has definitely gained a client.
My twists never come out right on my own. Meka did a FABULOUS job! I have wanted to get my hair twisted so that I could keep it longer than a wash n go and simply because I am always so busy. She finger detangled my hair and barely used any styling tools. She braided the roots before twisting the rest of my hair (which was a style I recently came across and wanted to try) without me even having to ask! The end result was beautiful and neat. Meka is theeee best at crochets! I first went to her a couple years ago and she did great. In between I went to some others just for quick styles, but it never came out like the way she did it. So versatile! I realize I needed to get back in Meka's chair. Lol If you want nice, flawless hair that will last, you must go to Meka! Shes worth it! Professional, sweet, and good at what she does! ❤
