Really disappointing experience at this Mejuri location. This happened on Sunday, August 30th, around 1:30–2:00 PM. I came in with my friend and her sister specifically intending to purchase a gift, and from the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged once. There were two employees working. What happened to a simple “Hi,” “Hello,” or “Welcome in”? There was no greeting at all. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop in the store. I was literally wearing a piece of jewelry from them and showing it to someone who hadn’t purchased before. Instead of feeling welcomed, it was so awkward that they wanted to leave. It honestly felt like we were interrupting a private conversation and the team was just waiting for us to go so they could resume.
