I had a disappointing experience at Mejuri American at brand . After losing one earring, I asked a long haired tall male staff member if I could purchase a replacement. He simply said earrings were only sold in pairs and made no effort to help. Fortunately, a female staff member checked my purchase history, found a matching replacement, and even offered to clean my remaining earring. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. The two people working there were chatting very loudly and laughing extremely loudly most of the time I was in the store. Didn’t feel comfortable and welcoming staying in this store. Was plan to get something here but didn’t feel it after went into the store : ( I’d rather purchase jewelry in a more friendly store.

Really disappointing experience at this Mejuri location. This happened on Sunday, August 30th, around 1:30–2:00 PM. I came in with my friend and her sister specifically intending to purchase a gift, and from the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged once. There were two employees working.
