Jewlery is not well made. I bought my wife earrings and they broke within a year. Got a ring as well and the gemstone fell out within a couple months. This is temu level quality, I expected much better for the price.

I stopped into the Mejuri store today to get my diamond pavé ring cleaned (a Christmas gift), after I accidentally got a piece of fuzz stuck in it from my gloves. Adriana went above and beyond to help me—she was so kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel effortless. This location is pretty bad and the staff are extremely rude young ladies. They've started making "select" people wait in a line outside while other people shop inside. Both products I bought from Meijuri tarnished within a year of buying them. Unfortunately, tarnishing is not included in their 2 year warranty, but that's fine because I would not want more products from here. Save your money to buy something more durable or better quality.
