This location is pretty bad and the staff are extremely rude young ladies. They've started making "select" people wait in a line outside while other people shop inside. Both products I bought from Meijuri tarnished within a year of buying them. Unfortunately, tarnishing is not included in their 2 year warranty, but that's fine because I would not want more products from here. Save your money to buy something more durable or better quality.
A bracelet my boyfriend got for me broke not even a month into me having it. When we went to get a replacement, we were obviously like is this normal? How do we ensure it doesn’t break again? We got very lucky it broke in bed, but what if it broke out in the wild and I couldn’t find it? Revised- making this 4 stars. received my replacement ring today (2/25/26). Thank you very much for making this right! Ordered a lab grown diamond eternity band June 10, 2025. Loved it. January 24, 2026 I moved a heavy box. Missing 5 stones and became oval-shaped. (Apparently we can’t post pics on this review?) We love Brittany! She is the absolute best! My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience at Mejuri, and I can’t say enough good things about Brittany.
