I purchased a bracelet from this store that I absolutely loved and spent around $300 on it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to find out that the brand does not offer any repair services for its jewelry. For the price, I expected there to be some type of repair or support available, especially for a piece I really loved and wanted to continue wearing. Last weekend I had such an amazing experience at this Mejuri! Krystal and Leah helped me find everything and were sooooo knowledgeable 🥰 I’ll definitely be back!
Jewelry is bad quality. $1,000 for a bracelet that feels like plastic. Staff doesn’t even know specifics about the material. And the security guard totally targets POC and follows them while they shop. Not a pleasant experience at all, nothing premium or welcoming about this store. Save the trouble and buy a dupe online.
