My husband and I had a really great experience with Rebecca here. Rebecca was so friendly from the beginning and helped us find the perfect wedding band for my husband. She was patient and answered all my questions. A few weeks later I had a more negative experience with someone from the team and Rebecca diffused the situation well and made it right, which is why I believe this review still deserves 5 stars! Thank you Rebecca for all your help - you are exceptional!
I've always had a wonderful time shopping at this Mejuri (it's the only one I go to!), and have only ever experienced wonderful customer service from the friendly staff. My friend and I attended a recent promo evening at this location, and felt like we were exceptionally well taken care of. My friend and I went in to get piercings the other night. Libby helped us pick out jewellery and explained the difference between placements and healing periods for everything. She was so kind and professional and made the whole process seamless! She explained everything she was doing and gave us great aftercare tips. I cannot recommend Libby enough! The rest of the staff was super welcoming and friendly - such a great atmosphere.
Wanted to buy myself a ring so I went into the shop. I’m new to buying jewelry and wasn’t sure what I was looking for, and had a ton of questions / wanted to spend some time looking at my options. A girl named Libby walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. So happy with my purchase and will be back!!
Had the best experience with Lena at this mejuri location. She helped pick a perfect necklace for my friends birthday and went above and beyond to find something in my budget without judgement. So I was more than happy to leave her a review! Will be back thank you
