Had to pick up a ring for my sister. The employee was super nice and social. I had a picture of the item, they were able to.locsted fast, get my size and I was out of their quick. Liked the vibe in there and being in kits you can go for a nice walk after.
I got my ear pierced here a few days ago and was incredibly impressed with the customer service. The girl who pierced my ear is a true master of her craft. 11 years of experience is truly impressive. She told me all the nuances, care, and when to come for a piercing check-up. I have been to this shop many times and bought jewelry here. The service from the girls is always top notch, and the jewelry always attracts a lot of attention.
Went with my partner to look at wedding rings. The associate who asked if we were looking for anything didn’t let me even finish before turning away and greeting the next guest. When another associate asked if we’d been helped, she immediately said she did…yeah sure you did. Also, she really looked like she didn’t want to be there. I’ll go to a different location next time.
Heard so many great things about the jewelry! Really dainty necklaces which I love! Unfortunately the person helping me was a bit rude and standoffish. Very Vancouver attitude. I saw them help a previous customer and was super friendly but didn't receive the same level. Didn't end up buying anything at the time because of it.
