Overall I do like the jewelry here at Mejuri. The only part that brings this companies rating down to 2 stars is the terrible customer service and attitude given in the store. Walking in, there was no greeting from ANY of the 3 employees to any of me or my group of friends. After that, a couple walks in and gets welcomed. The whole time while in the store no employee asks if we are in need of assistance, while the others in the store did get that. I bought gold-plated earrings for myself and as a gift for a friend and they tarnished in under a year. I went into the store today to see if they could fix this, but they said that there was nothing they could do. What a terrible first experience with Mejuri. I have lower-cost pieces that have not tarnished in years. For this price you may as well get real gold at wholesalers or a less well-known brand.

I was excited to make my first purchase from Mejuri after hearing lots of great things. Sad to say after only two months of having my ring, and despite careful handling, it has warped beyond use and they have refused to repair it. Consequently, I would reccomend purchasing a $30-40 ring from an alternative jeweller. While it is likely to warp similarly at least it would be priced commensurately. Will not be buying another piece.
