I have bought 20+ items from Mejuri over the past 6 years and have had fine experiences with the brand until two days ago I got a good hoop in store which was packaged unusually and took a long time for the associate to pull from the back (the jewelry usually comes in a blue box in a velvet-y cushion and this was in a small bag with a label attached to it and packaged in a different type of box). I’ve generally had wonderful experiences at Mejuri, whether in SoHo or Bethesda. I attended an event there this past week, and while the setup was lovely, it was very hectic. Most of the staff seemed understandably overwhelmed, but the employee who helped my friend and me acted as if she didn’t want to assist us. A line was formed for help, and after helping the person in front of us, she literally skipped over us without even greeting us and went straight to the next customer.
