Got my second hold pierced with Sarah! She was amazing!
Sales associate sold me a ring set that was apparently actually sold out. Waited weeks and never received rings and didn’t even offer to back order. Unprofessional from the sales associate who didn’t correctly check inventory.
I had a recent ear piercing with Sarah. She was awesome and made the procedure very easy. She explained all the steps and told me everything I needed to do afterwards. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, I would highly recommend her!! She’s so sweet and kind!! I hope to get another piercing soon!
Absolutely amazing customer service, beautiful jewelry (rings, necklaces, pendants, and earrings), for an amazing price. Also a very beautiful boutique with a nice large mirror so you can see how a piece works with your entire outfit, good strong lighting so you can see how the jewelry will glimmer, and very knowledgeable employees who knew the emeralds I was shopping for were from Brazil!
