Lovely floor manager, very kind and informed, however the staff on the floor were not knowledgeable. Very stand offish, and did not know which gold pieces were 10k or 14k. Employees also did not know where materials were sources (ex. sapphires, diamonds, etc.). Very kindly corrected an employee for misspeaking, she looked at the floor in silence instead of respond with an apology...or responding at all. Left without anything, low in-store inventory. Love the products thought, would order online again.
Yesterday Jesha helped me find the perfect ring she was so sweet kind and helpful. She didn’t make we feel rushed she took her time and even gave my friend and I sparkling water while we were looking around. Such a kind person. I actually got to speak to everyone for at least a couple of seconds and they showed nothing but kindness.
Had a wonderful experience at this Mejuri. This beats the Oss location for customer service by far. My fiancé and I picked out my wedding band here after trying it on several times and deciding between other retailer's rings. Rowan and Conner were both so helpful and kind, they definitely won us over so big shout out to them. I'd recommend them if you needed help with anything!

I went in the other day and was reminiscing on my lovely encounter with one of the workers there Jahlisha!! She was sooo sweet. Very knowledgeable on the pieces and really made me feel welcome. Its refreshing to have personable customer service workers. We need more Jahlisha’s in customer service lool 😂❤️
