BAD SERVICES. I bought a necklace for my friend as Christmas gift and the delivery was expected on Dec 23, 2025. However the delivery was delayed but I never received any communication from them. Finally my friend got it on Jan 1 and this totally defeated the purpose as a Christmas gift. In addition, the missing of communication was very frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mejuri. I placed an order almost a month ago specifically for Christmas Day, but due to extreme delays, I still haven't received my item. What makes this even worse is the lack of customer service - I emailed them multiple times and never received a proper response or any update. This is honestly the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for customers' time or money.
