Bought earrings from here that were 10k gold. The butterfly back tarnished within a month and I never washed my hair with it in or went swimming. This makes me believe they mix their gold with cheap metals. I asked for a refund or exchange but they said it is not covered by the warranty. Not worth the price.
SOOOO DISAPPOINTED…Just bought a pair of earrings and after almost taking the tag off the entire gold coating of the earring is damaged. I came from the US and wanted to use these for my upcoming vacation, now I don’t even have time to return it in time because their refund policy is only 30 days. Why are you selling damaged jewelry???? DO BETTER, and I HOPE you will offer some sort of compensation for screwing your customers over.
I bought bracelets and other items from this store after 4m the gold part peeling off. I emailed the customer service they are saying it’s not part of warranty and they will not do anything about it that means I spent my money for pieces of garbage which is not useful anymore. I really think should no one spend their money on pieces of garbage they have. Poor quality poor customer service and cheap materials.
By far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I had to order 3 bracelets to check fit. They all had different color tones and shapes. Now they won’t allow me to return them - never worn. Never out of the package for more than a quick try on.
