I am disappointed to write this because I used to love Mejuri. I bought pearl earrings - which broke within the year. Knowing there was a warrenty I returned. They processed the exchange for the pair of earrings… but then only sent one earring… not a pair? So I once again had to go to the store to process another return. This is my 3rd time at the store - it’s been +1 month since the last return and the earrings still have not been shipped (2 months waiting!). My favorite Mejuri location I’ve visited! Joel here is the best and was so sweet and attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the jewelry here. He helped me and my sister pick out some new everyday jewelry and made our visit so fun! Will be back soon to visit him and check out this gorgeous location.
Very friendly staff, great store atmosphere and of course beautiful, quality pieces of jewelry. I always leave with something new.
They had an item that ended up being out of stock and were very nice and helpful in figuring out a solution. Thanks!
