Heads up: if your jewelry breaks after two years—even if it’s one of their outrageously overpriced “solid gold” 14k gold pieces—you’re screwed. They won’t repair it, they won’t replace it, and they won’t even recommend someone who could. Their jewelry is cheaply made, clasps snap constantly, and the quality is laughable for the price. Horrid service at this location. I needed to exchange something due to sizing. Their policy is 30 days based on delivery versus purchase date. The delivery date was not acknowledged - it was just a fast, flat NO based on date and condition. Condition seemed a lame reason, done so immediately on a tiny metal object with no jewelers loop being used. I’d worn it once. Ridiculous. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledge about the products and the company, and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. When I did purchase a few pieces, they professionally wrapped the items and told me the return policy (in case I wanted to exchange sizes since I’m between two).

One star for the particular store, not the brand. Sales ladies in store have really bad attitude and I felt super disrespected. Love this brand, love the designs, but their attitude, behavior and tone of voice made me very uncomfortable. When I’m trying to ask about the product details, the lady behaves like she’s super busy and don’t want to talk to me but actually there’s not that many ppl in store. I guess maybe because I’m Asian? Won’t purchase anything in this store any longer and I hope yall have a good day^^
