I would give 0 stars if I could. Paid in full in May for a new septic design as mine was failing, they were referred as "the only company that gets plans through in our area". Only was communicated with after I initiated conversations (after weeks with no response). Ended up taking 4 months for the design to be done, When I requested some follow up from the owner's, I got more or less an "oh well"

I was referred to this company by a friend who highly recommend them so I'm not sure what happened, maybe new management? After paying a deposit in June, I was told they would be by to survey the property within 3 weeks. After not hearing from them after the 3 weeks, I reached out and was told they were set back because of the rain.
