I am selling my home. My buyers hired a different roofing company to come do a roof inspection, and they sent over a scam inspection that stated my roof was completely destroyed by hail and needed replaced. I filed an insurance claim, which was denied to my surprise (i didnt realize the initial inspection was a scam and assumed my insurance was trying to get out of paying for a new roof).
