What they are doing is taking advantage of the Governors executive order to wear masks in public places which has the language "A person who declines to wear a mask or cloth face covering because of a medical condition shall not be required to produce documentation verifying the condition." So, if you ask any staff member there they will state that they have a medical condition. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a medical facility.
