Meinhart Homes are the BEST! Helped me install a 4000 sq ft pad for a metal structure on our farm. Took care of everything from land clearing to concrete pouring. They even sprayed for termites even though that was not in our initial contract. I wanted to do the permitting myself to learn the process in Lake County, but ended up having to get tons of advice from Dylan who was a great resource!
