I have been a loyal customer here for years for. Came in to new management today and explained my issue. He instantly told me that's a body shop issue. And I disagreed seeing how i had this problem before. And they had fixed it, Previously, a long time ago on another car. I get the feeling that he was overwhelmed because they were very busy, but turning away business and instantly refusing to listen to what I have to say has me searching for a new, reliable shop.
I had such a great experience with Meineke! They were very communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so much less stressful. I never felt like I was going to be taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary repairs, which is something I really appreciate when dealing with car issues. They were friendly, professional, and had a quick turnaround on my vehicle. I’m so happy I found a shop I can trust, and I will definitely be bringing my car here for future visits! Highly recommend!
I guess appointments dont matter here. Had a 3pm apt for an oil change at 330 still hadn't touched my car there reasoning was they had an issue with another car and wasn't sure when they get mine in. Disappointed not returning
I came into the office. Someone was there and able to help me. The uber inspection took about 20ish min or so. I was happy and pleased with the job done on my car.
