The Provo Meineke location won my business, but this location unfortunately does not meet the same standard. The employee didn't greet me or make eye contact. He seemed to prefer vaping in the back room over sitting at the front desk where customers might speak with him. The lobby was small and bare- not like a normal mechanic lobby where they might offer you water or a magazine. I left the lobby as they told me the service would take a long time.
