Lady at the front desk clearly hated her job and was really rude. I came in needed emergency help to get my brakes fixed. Lady immediately shut me down and said there was no way they could get me in. She was also clueless about the Synchrony card (that is advertised all over their site and in the store) and said it wouldn't work there. Took my car over to the Provo Meineke location and they were able to get my car in, despite being busier than Orem. And they said, "Yes, we do accept the Synchrony card." I brought my own oil and they only charged $35 for an oil change. I really appreciated the low costs and very quick servicing. I would highly recommend.
Got me in and got me out. Went in for a Pre Purchase Inspection. They told me what was wrong and what wasn't. The whole inspection was only 60 bucks, while the ones around it are charging about 75-80.
Very friendly staff. I highly recommend!
