After being told a set of 8 spark plugs was 260 bucks I went across the road to auto zone and got them for 98 bucks myself. Then the guy at Meineke tells me that’s fine but he couldn’t warranty the parts or labor, so I understand not offering a warranty on parts somebody else supplies but apparently if you supply the parts then the mechanics at meineke completely forget how to install them and can’t stand by their labor either. I had some brakes/rotors installed incorrectly at a different Meineke location halfway across the country. The brakes worked fine but they were squealing incredibly loud, even after putting over 2,000 miles on them. So, in the middle of a road trip, I took my car into this location in Orem. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fully replaced the brakes under their Meineke warranty with no cost to me. Very grateful for their work.
