Not a positive experience on my visit last week to the Orem location. They didn't have the right oil filter for my car so they ordered one from across the street. It took two hours for the part to arrive. Front desk technician only checked a second time for the part when I asked again (two hours later). This location also does not do State of Utah emissions tests. Not my future go to place.
The guy help me a lot, I was in a rash and he try to beat to fix my car in time!
We took a car in for a pre purchase inspection. The receptionist Kierstin or maybe it was Kristin? was super helpful. The mechanic found a problem with the breaks which saved us from buying an unsafe car. Our experience was so great we came back with the car we ultimately ended up buying. Thank you!!
Great customer service. Performed a brake check on my car and determined there was nothing wrong and didn’t charge me for the diagnostics.
They did a quick and fast job on replacing my motor blower and changing my oil. My wife and I were hineymooning when our air went out, and they gave us about a 20% discount which was super nice of them! Totally recommend this shop.
