I’ve been coming here for a long time but recently they’ve been losing clips for my skid plate after oil changes. And every other month I need to buy more because they magically go missing after my oil changes. They need to fix this.
I took my wife's car in to get the AC checked. I had Athrun and Garrett helping me. They were both very nice and open. They explained to me in detail what they were going to do when checking what would be wrong with my ac, they also quoted prices to me. During the check they said they think they found where the leak was and will repair it but still wanted me to come in a week later to double check. Again very nice and straight forward. I appreciated the service and communication.
THEY'RE HORRIBLE!! DISHONEST PEOPLE!! DO NOT GO TO THEM! I took my car in a few months ago for a battery problem... but just in case it wasn't just a battery problem... they suggested to do a WHOLE inspection... So i think they took the car apart to check on everything... they came back gave me a FULLLLL report with SOOOO many issues that they said my car had My ex-husband has a friend who's a mechanics, and he lives in California... so he sent the report to his friend and asked for his opinion... and his friend said... the ... read more
I was at my appointment first thing in the morning and treated bad and given bad information by a man named jose at the Orem Utah store. He told me bad things about silver rock and said I would have to keep my vehicle there for two weeks because silver rock would most likely not cover my claim being that they are a bad warranty company and they try to get out of all their commitments. I will never set foot in a meineke center again and I would advise no one to trust them with their vehicle. Worst experience ever.
I was very pleased and impressed with the service, honesty and performance I received from Tanner at Meineke as he ordered and installed my 4 new tires.
