Helpful guys, showed me everything that was wrong with the vehicle and what needed done at a reasonable price.
I had taking my truck into the shop to get an alignment done including tire rotation and an oil change i would like to start off by saying honesty comes a long way and that is what the workers at meineke did not have to offer after the alignment my truck would have a constant shake including my steering wheel not being centered so i take my truck back to there shop for the second time but before they can even lift my truck they are telling me that i have bad parts and i would have to be charged again for another alignment so... read more
Service was comprehensive and suggestions for future repair. Staff friendly and timely in the repair of entire brake system.
Alot of he said/she said between Meineke and Warrenty company. Meineke says warrenty co. is asking for a test they can't perform....while warrenty co is saying they can't get Meineke to respond or turn in proper paperwork.
