Meineke in Frankfort was amazing. They were the choice given for my warranty work on a Ford Escape. There were several "quirky" issues with my extensive repair work, but they worked with me 1000% to achieve the work - including the additional work not covered under warranty. Mariah is amazing and went above and beyond to get everything needed to fix the car, including a tire rim and wheels! I will be returning to Meineke for any future work! (Thanks Mariah!)
got great service from the entire staff.. they were very knowledgeable and straightforward with me.. service was quick even on a big fix and everything works like new.. was in and out in no time.. definitely recommend them and their work
Went in last week for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told 30 minutes to get me in since they had no one waiting. They worked on a car for a repair shop across the road that had been dropped off. I was there for 2.5 hours while they tried to align the other car 3x. I watched the mechanic take breaks, talk on the phone all while waiting on my car. Had I know the other vehicle was for a repair shop with no urgency for it - I would have just left. Showed up 15 min early,had an appt. @ 12:00 pm. for on oil change and tire rotation only. The girl at the desk when I came in was talking to a lady so I waited until she was done talking thinking she would check me in but she walked away without saying a word and came back after 15 min and still didn’t ask what I was having done. I had to say hey I’ve got a 12:00 appt for an oil change. I sit there for 2 hours and finally went to desk when a guy came out of the garage area.
