Excellent service, don’t charge extra charge and very well know what needs to be done! Very fast service and the quality of of work is beyond expectation.
I booked my appointment online the night before. I dropped it off for them to fix. They called me and told me the price. They even gave me a coupon. But they never told me it was ready. I lost my car for Saturday and Sunday and had to make arrangements until I could pick it up on Monday. They were nice but not very communicative.
I was traveling from Maine back to New York when the car jolted on the highway and the engine light came on. I was lucky to be able to drive to meineke car care center. They took the car in right away. I was able to drive home safely the next day!! Service was great!
