I just brought my car to a reputable place after these clowns fouled it up. Nice job Charlie and crew, you never reconnect the linkage after replacing my wiper motor. On top of that, the motor was NOT the problem. The issue was with the switch and your horrible, sloppy work. If I could give negative stars, I would give you a -5. Suffice to say I would NOT recommend this place for any real mechanical work PERIOD.
Pissed off, on a fixed income - wipers didn't work. I was told to buy the motor, without them even looking at the car, which I did for over $80.00. They installed it, turns out it was NOT the motor they just installed but the switch on the steering wheel. I have ZERO $ to waste, now I have to buy the switch for another $60.00. Whatever happened to diagnosing the problem first? Sorry, this is unacceptable.
