This is an incident that happened some time back. One of my daughter -in-laws was concerned about noises in the rear of her vehicle. She dropped by the store on Central. They told her bolts were broke and there was almost $2000 worth of repairs needed. . One of the employees then stated he would buy the vehicle from her. . Appreciate staff for replacing my broken driver handle for my Tacoma, BUT charged me $200 for one driver side door replacement, my previous visit to shop replaced both driver and passenger handles for less than $300 (with handle parts provided by myself, with no questions asked). this time front desk/new manager told me “I usually don’t take 3rd party parts but I will make an acception” (first red flag), called me 2 hours later - to tell me the inner door latch was broken *they broke it while taking it apart*, I used that sa... read more
He didn’t put my clamps on my hoses and he didn’t put in a new coolant reserve and he didn’t put it in right, I made a video
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I got the appointment when I needed. The staff even gave me a ride to my work after I left my car for services. The work was done in a timely manner and communication was excellent. I give this shop my highest rating!
