Value and quality of service is ok. Pricing is not competitive locally or with national brands. I have been a customer for long time.(5+) yrs and bring all my cars here. Going forward, if they are charging full price, value is diminished. They often have great groupon deals. Frank is always great to work with and very professional. I dealt with 1 other manager 3 months ago and he was clueless.
Dennis really helped me out! Known issue on my Escape, flex pipe failure. To replace it is $$$$ flex pipe is part of the Catalytic converter, nothing wrong with that catalytic converter so Dennis got creative and replaced the flex pipe and it’s better stronger than a new assembly without spending a ton of money. I dropped the car off so he could work on it and he had it ready before lunch. Hard to find mechanics that try and help the customer save money on repairs .
