This is my second visit and each time they were super nice and friendly and did everything correct. Thanks a lot!
Dennis really helped me out! Known issue on my Escape, flex pipe failure. To replace it is $$$$ flex pipe is part of the Catalytic converter, nothing wrong with that catalytic converter so Dennis got creative and replaced the flex pipe and it’s better stronger than a new assembly without spending a ton of money. I dropped the car off so he could work on it and he had it ready before lunch. Hard to find mechanics that try and help the customer save money on repairs .
I made an appointment and unlike other appointments, the serviced my car as soon as I arrived. I expected to wait an hour or more but was done within 30 minutes. They didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need so I am super happy with the service.
