Think I was overcharged for the service difference
Great Service - manager took the time to explain and address my concerns.
The new Manager at this Mieneke on 2nd street location is the best this location has had in 10 years since I lived here. He is a car guy not a desk jockey or money grabber.
Great place for routine stuff like oil change etc. This review is ONLY for this particular branch as my experience at other branches has been 5 star. I gave only a 4 star as while they did a great job with the oil change- they tried to scam me with the quote for brakes. I guess if your car is perceived as “expensive or luxury” it’s an occupational hazard. I will just say I went across to Pep Boys and got my Brakes done for 1/4 their quote. I will leave it at that.
