Made appointment for oil change. Arrived at 0825. Second in line. Person in front very talkative. When I was next, phone rang and I waited another 5 minutes. Asked if I was Costco member, I am. Received a good discount. Car was not pulled in. Looked out in rear and all workers were talking. Asked what was going on, employees meeting. Customers were in front and no one there to check them in. My car was finished in less than one hour and the charge was very reasonable. Maybe think more about customer service.
