I called Meineke in the morning and they were able to take me that afternoon at 1230pm! Quick, professional, and painless! I was in and out (with my toddler in tow) in about an hour! Highly recommended!
It was my first time I went in for an oil change. Everyone was courteous and prompt, but it did take a little bit longer than expected. I switched from a different company to them and I think I’m gonna continue to go back. The prices were very competitive compared to other places.
I've had consistently great experiences with the entire team here. They diagnose accurately, explain the issue clearly and resolve the problem quickly and cost-effectively.
Customer service is the worst I have encountered. This is strike three. Had appointment at 9am..arrived at 855. Advisor asked what I needed. Said oil change and had appointment at 9. Said nothing and walked out. Came back about 859. Asked why he walked out and said nothing. His response, your appointment is at 9, you are not the only customer we have. Do not expect any Customer service or pleasantries from this establishment.
