Excellent repair work done my car brakes & oil change and they save money. I will come for next time for any car repair. I will also refer my friends to visiting this Evanston Meineke car repair shop.
Terrible customer service, simply enough said. Don’t have time to fix my rental Tesla maintenance care service even it’s only at 4:10pm and they’re closed at 6pm. The boss don’t want to take care of my service. Poorly service for communication with a deaf customer like me so please don’t even bother to come here. It’s a ZERO stars service here.
Brought my Silverado 2500 in for the muffler to be replaced. This experience was extremely frustrating and became a waste of time and money. I remain a very unsatisfied customer who lost confidence that this shop had the skill to provide even adequate service. The muffler chosen by the team at Meineke was substituted and not listed as a match for the vehicle.
