Brought my Silverado 2500 in for the muffler to be replaced. This experience was extremely frustrating and became a waste of time and money. I remain a very unsatisfied customer who lost confidence that this shop had the skill to provide even adequate service. The muffler chosen by the team at Meineke was substituted and not listed as a match for the vehicle. Replaced my brakes here, as well as some other worn out parts in the vehicle. They did it in about two hours. I am very satisfied. Jerry A. was very nice and helpful, it was a pleasure talking to him. Will be returning here for other services
