Very disappointing experience. I took my car to Meineke because my passenger-side window had stopped working. I was initially quoted approximately $743 for the repair, which I declined because I could not afford that amount. Shortly afterward, the person who assisted me at the shop called me from his personal number and offered another option. I wish i could give less than 1 star, we took our expedition in for the check engine light coming on. They replaced the catalytic converter and sensors , once we picked it up the check engine light came on again with the same code , we have now taken it in a total of 6 times and after paying 1600 for repairs the check engine light is still on, the last time we took it in they wanted to charge us another 500 dollars and it’s still not fixed. we gave up taking it back to them and are taking it somewhere else.
