Great, professional service! Meineke Car Care Center on W 21st St did an exceptional job getting me in the same day to get an oil change done on my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. Caesar took my call, got me scheduled within 30 mins, and the job was completed in less than an hour. I had a $59.95 coupon for a full synthetic oil change. I opted in to text notifications. Meineke charged me for repairs they did not make and a diagnostic fee I did not need nor request. Instead of repairing my vehicle they put a band aid on the problem. After one week I have the same problem but worse. Instead of resolving the issue, they recommended a mobile mechanic to fix what they were supposed to fix initially. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Oil change, tire rotation and filters check all done efficiently.
