If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I was told an hour wait at the max and waiting for over 2 hours. I’ve been going to Meneike’s since I got my first car at 16 Abe this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review. Worst shop I’ve ever been to by far. Customer service is terrible and there’s no communication what so ever.
While Groupon offered good price. Definitely disappointing. Had a 3 pm scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I did not leave there till after 4:30. This is after asking twice as to what is the hold up. Then they proceed to suggest things I need replaced. I only went on for oil change and tire rotation l
Did an excellent job and did 2 to 3 check ups to make sure that the car was good to go?
