Horrible customer service. They always want you to drop your car off because never have enough technicians. Had me waiting 3 hours just to ask me could I leave my car here because they was about to close. Waited 3hours and didn’t get nothing done with my car at all. NEW LOCATION ME PLEASE!! I see why ppl go to other towns to get their cars done CONCORD IS SHIT!!!
