$150 for a diagnostic fee that doesn’t get waived if you do the work with them also $60 for labor on installing a battery on a Chevy express van (probably takes them 5 minutes) if that’s the only thing I’m having them do I can understand but not when there a lot more work being done. When I asked if they could charge less on the battery installation they took off $30 from the labor and added 20 on the price for the battery from what it was previously. That’s not honest to me and I wouldn’t recommend family or friends go here

Holy we love this place! They provide quality work at a great price! The staff is very kind, welcoming, courteous, professional, and personal. I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. The location is clean and they have drinks/cookies while you wait! I highly recommend them!!
The Provo location was the best auto service I’ve ever been to! Leona did an outstanding job with answering my questions and communicating with me about my car! Everyone there treated me like family during the whole process! They are very professional and they gave me an awesome deal! I definitely will go back and I highly recommend going if your car needs repairing!
