The Provo location went out of their way to fulfill a special request replacing a party on an old car and kept me updated the whole time on the tradeoffs. I couldn't have asked for more than that!
We love this specific location! Lindsey and her team have serviced our car for the past 4 years. We’ve moved to SLC and when we got our check engine light checked and “fixed” they charged us $750. The same lights came back 2 days later and we went back to the meineke in Provo. They discovered it was a simple fix and didn’t charge us for taking a look. Their advice for how to care for our car if the light came on again was super informative and helped us feel secure if more problems occurred.

They are really nice and being flexible with my schedule. They are efficient with what they do.
Lindsey is the owner, and she tries so hard to impress customers. They bake cookies right in the lobby and have lots of snacks. They are so polite and have a large desk with chargers for phones and toys and coloring for kids! I’ve never seen such a cute and welcoming waiting room with Christmas lights, holiday decorations, and a welcome board with your name written in cursive!
