They were good with customer service. The price was high. I'm glad I could trust that it is done right at least.
I had a warranty issue with my brakes and I was treated fairly. Meineke did the work quickly and I was able to get back to using my car. The owner took time to explain to me the likely cause of the parts failing and we discussed strategies of how to prevent the issue so this won't keep happening.
I have been coming to Meineke of Provo for 4 years now. They always provide top notch service with honesty and fair pricing. The owner, Lindsey, knows everything automotive and is as friendly and dedicated to her customers as can be. I recently brought my truck in to have the AC repaired. Their master mechanic had it fixed in no time and I was back to enjoying a cool cabin in the August heat. Forget the rest and bring your vehicle to the best!
Took just 19 minutes to do emissions and inspection both! They helped me with registration also and I was on my way. Great service! (Oh, and they also turned off my engine light for free.)
