Customer and car service has taken a noticeable dip since Tom left. It would be a lie to say I trust James Rapae's competence and professionalism. Here's a real quote from him: "Your car's all done.. I was gonna put a new oil change sticker in there, but we're all out of stickers.. and my manager is on vacation right now, so... just bring it back for another whenever you want.."
