I wanted to get a muffler deleted on my vehicle but they didn’t offer that service. Something about laws, fines, and regulations. They seemed like some very cool people though, wish I could’ve gave them my business. But I understand.
Front desk was welcoming, understanding and helpful. They took care of my truck quickly and weren’t pushy when the inspection came back with additional issues.
Customer and car service has taken a noticeable dip since Tom left. It would be a lie to say I trust James Rapae's competence and professionalism. Here's a real quote from him: "Your car's all done.. I was gonna put a new oil change sticker in there, but we're all out of stickers.. and my manager is on vacation right now, so... just bring it back for another whenever you want.." The wait was a little longer than estimated, but it is understandable since they have to wait on parts they don't have on hand. Other than that it was great service.
