Great work on the car. Runs smooth! The team did a great job at making it a fast and easy. Went in for an oil change and got a free tire rotation with it!
Great customer service. Reasonably priced. Had a coupon for $69.99 for a full synthetic oil change. They also have a great reward system and if you utilize it, it equals out to be about every fourth or fifth oil change. Only complaint is the wait time. I had an app scheduled but still waited for 2 hours.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car in to this Meineke location to get my tires rotated and check out a rattling noise when I accelerated on the freeway before a road trip. Before I took the car in, my AC was working fine. They convinced me to get two new front tires instead as they claimed they were too flat to justify rotating, and they tried to tell me that I needed a new AC compressor because it was noisy and also new lower control arms. They said the AC compressor sounded like there was gravel or metal inside... read more
