i like bringing my car here, got lots of miscellaneous work done. i had an oil change in January and just got back from valvoline today. the valvoline guys had to fight for their lives to get the oil filter off, they almost had to turn me away bc they were afraid of it breaking off in completely or ruining the threading but they managed to get it off. picture shows rounding on the filter cap and threading damage
A 162.00 charge for 10 minutes service , I felt as though I was racially targeted for how I was charged at this location!😱
James always takes care of my car! Definitely recommend!
Working with James was a pleasant experience. I had an appt for an oil change. When I checked in, James was very courteous and was able to tell me a very accurate timeframe for service. Eventually I was given a link to a comprehensive I could access with pictures and James explained a recommendation for an engine service flush, which I added. I would absolutely do future oil changes here, and I will consider getting other maintenance / service here.
