A month ago I came to refuel the air conditioner in my Saab 9-3. I don't speak English well, so I used a translator, the manager was cold and didn't try to understand me. Called thursday, April 18th, and scheduled an 11 a.m. appointment the next day. I work nights but needed to get the inspection done. Showed up the next day the person working told me that they are booked up and can't get me in. Told me to try another Meineke down the road that was "open" and would definitely be able to get me in. I leave head down to the other Meineke, and they are also packed and can't get me in today. Seriously just wasted my time and sleep schedule
A fair price for the work, excellent communication, no surprises and great real customer service. We will use this location again and recommend to friends.
