HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! Went to have my fiancés serpentine belt replaced. $346 later, they hand my fiancé the keys and I look under the hood before she even put it in drive….. Serpentine belt was popped off. Exactly how it was when we had it towed to Meineke the day before. To add salt to the wound, the mechanics dirty rag was in the engine bay. No refund was given. I called earlier in the morning and was informed that I could bring my vehicle in to be evaluated, and that appointments were available at either 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM. I selected the 10:00 AM time slot and arranged for a car service to drop off my vehicle before that time, as I had other commitments. However, several hours after the scheduled appointment time, I followed up to check on the status of my vehicle and was informed that it had not yet been looked at and might not even be serviced that day. Do not recommend. This place is a scam . Bad coordination . My car sat in the lot for hours . Never got diagnosed. When I came in to check the status it was exactly how it was dropped off. I asked to see the diagnostic results/ paperwork & they couldn’t provide anything, But charged me $170.00. My car wasn’t diagnosed my car wasn’t looked at nor serviced. Even tho everything was pre planned before drop off .
Nolan was knowledgeable and helped me understand my car a lot better without trying to upsell. Would definitely recommend.
