Regret #1 - Not reading reviews first. Regret #2 - trusting that the alternator work required was done correctly. Fascinating that time spent coming up with $8,000 worth of recommended work my car needed before working on the alternator did not reveal any issue that would cause the repair work to fail. Regret #3 - having to return one month later when the alternator serviced drained my battery and left my car not operational. Kudos to Battery Warehouse on Mt. Very hot waiting area. However the gentleman at front desk was very nice. I about fell over when they gave an estimate for exhaust work. Declined and went to a different garage and paid 1/4 of their estimated price. Was considering A/C recharge but for $350.00 I recharged it myself for $12.00. Love the commercials but not the prices.
If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. This place is not above scamming you. They charged us twice for fees and taxes so look at your bill carefully. When I called them out on it the guy at the front desk chose to gaslight me and eventually refused to speak to me or look at the printed evidence. I was furious. They also left our windows down while parked outside while it was raining and our interior was wet and one window wouldnt come up at all. We had to reset the system. Please try anywhere else.
