Bought a Groupon for a synthetic oil change. I scheduled my appointment online for the afternoon and showed up to it just to have the front doors locked. There was a gentleman sitting inside the office and proceeded to tell me that he did not have staff to work on any vehicles and I would need to reschedule. I did not receive any phone call or email to let me know not to show up so it was a waste of my money, time and gas. Poor management and business practices.
I called the Meineke closest to me got an operator to give me suggestions on which is closest to me to go to and which one I would prefer and I explained to her I thought I called the one I wanted to make an appointment with I'll just go to Jiffy Lube
Good experience. Personable staff. Efficient work.
Good service here I am doing my Subaru oil change here , take around one hour to be done . The price is very decent with Groupon discount here . Will come back again !
