I've been there twice, and both times there were delays because the power in the shop went out. The staff is great, but it seems this is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed so you don't lose customers. I'm giving a 2-star rating for this, but would give the staff a "5." They're doing the best they can under the circumstances.
