I made an appointment for oil an tire rotation. The also did a brake check and found my front brake pads were worn down and needed to be replaced. Since I had driven from southern AZ and was planning to return I made an appointment for the next week (July 17th) to have the front brakes replaced. I arrived for the appointment about 30 min early and when they finally got it into the bay they told the brake parts hadn't been ordered so it would take longer for them to finish. Took an old truck to get an alignment. They did a great job and were very thorough with their job. They also provided me with crayons and a cool picture to draw so I wouldn't get bored! Tyler's a real one, but don't sell him your Ford Focus! :D
