Went in for a spongy brake as they installed a master cylinder a few months prior and also adjust parking brake. I picked the car up as they said it was ready. Started the car, tested the parking brake and it didn't hold, brakes were still soft and spongy. I went back in and said they didnt fix anything. They told me to return the next day so they could fix it. Hopefully it get attention and fixed this time.
Customer service was great, one of my lights was out and they fixed it for me right there. Thank you!

i had a very weird and specific issue with the vehicle, and although it took a little while, they definitely went above and beyond to help take care of it. i really appreciate them and would recommend; especially if you live on the installation.
From the moment I booked the appointment over the phone, till the work was compete, the Meineke Team was professional and knowledgeable. For not being a car guy, they broke down Meineke inspection and instilled the confidence in what they were doing. They ordered the parts needed and got me in and out.
