I did not see the point nor reason of them needing the VIN to my vehicle, my name, address and phone number JUST to give me an estimate to see how much they were going to charge me to install a set of struts on my vehicle. On top of all that, they were the most expensive place in the city to do it. I went to 4 different places getting estimates and NOBODY put me through all that just to give me an estimate.
Well I took my vehicle to Meinek to have them look at my right front tire because it had a strange wobble like my tire was out of balance. They checked my tire and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire but would rebalance my tires and did a front end alignment on my vehicle because they said my vehicle needed one. Well $200 dollars later when I was driving home the front right tire still has a wobble and not my vehicle pulls aggressively to the right. I don't think anything was done to my vehicle.
