My first time visit was impressionable. I was treated with respect upon my arrival and that goes a long way. The technicians seemed generally knowledgeable about their duties. I will probably return for future service with my other vehicles and if all goes well I will recommend this business to others with confidence.
I obtain an oil change coupon on the University Blvd location website. I set an appointment and arrived at the location. Counter representative got my vehicle VIN and tag & came back in the office, and I showed her my coupon and told me that they didn’t accept the coupon. My do you have coupons on your website that you don’t accept. This was the worse customer service experience that I’ve seen. I left and went to express oil change, get there online coupon and was treated like my business was appreciated.
I'll take all of my cars HERE from now on! Very professional people here.
