Had an appointment at 3pm scheduled prior to going in. When I arrived, they didn't have the filter for an oil change. Then, I was told that the oil change would take longer because they let a couple of employees go home early. Took 50 minutes for a normal oil change.
Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was taken care of right away.
