Always a pleasure to have Meineke to work on my car. This go around, I was given a price over the phone by Joseph but when I arrived it was a different price. I wasn't to kin on that but the work still had to be done. There are a couple of techs there at this location now that need some minor tune up on communication but their work on my car is good. I want to thank Brandon and the crew for making this experience better than I thought. He kept me updated on everything. My engine was replaced, took about a week but I’m happy to have my car back. It runs perfect. I will return for all my car care needs:)
Had a waterpump issue w my Toyota tundra truck . Spoke w Joseph who was so kind and polite a great customer service representation and character for the Meineke store itself ! John my mechanics performed the duties required for service and we were all set to roll again ! Thank u team staff and owner for handling this matter w ease and pleasure when it cam unexpected!
