I can say that the person I interacted with was very professional. What I didn't like was the upsell on the products and the mis information on what needed to be serviced. My initial compliant were my rear brakes. Of course I knew that they would try and say that more work needed to be done to get a sale. I was told that I needed Rotors on all wheels and brakes replaced.
