They didn’t complete diagnostic, ac caps were not put back on or a print out of a service they charged me 254 for to check.
Needed a quick fix and they worked with me to get the best deal and time frame. EDIT: I went back and had a much worse experience than the first. I was told a certain timeframe and ended up having to call to check in twice. Finally was told I could come back the next morning and had to say I'd either come in today after its fixed or take it anyway. Told them to let me know if an alignment was needed, was told it wasnt but the mechanic did anyway. Office worker gave me a $50 discount on the $200 charge. Not what I asked

Tried to go in for an inspection on a car because I just purchased it and it was under warranty. Got some run around about how they won't do warranty work from walk ins and I would have to schedule an appointment and that the next available date was a week from now. Took it to pep boys and they immediately looked at it within 2 hours.
