I took my Smart Fortwo in to have diagnostics run for an HV error I couldn't get cleared. They were able to tell me the code error problem but they could not fix. I now have to find a Smart Car repair close to Hutchinson KS to haul it too.
Very bad. Had appointment at 9:30, arrived at 9:15. Left vehicle ran erand, came back at 10:05. Vehicle in same place, no vehicles in bay getting serviced. On top of that they didn’t even have an oil filter for my vehicle. 🤦♂️ had to get one delivered. Then they wanted to charge me more than I have ever paid. It was just a bad administrative situation.
