As a returning customer I have been pleased with the quality of service at the Meineke shop on 30th street in Hutchinson. Mike, the shop manager, is knowledgeable, experienced, and has good customer service skills to boot. I will definitely be returning to have Mike and his team service my 2019 Ford Ranger.
They seemed mad when I didn't want any extra work done. They checked my air filter and left the box unfastened.
I scheduled for Monday to get alignment done and add in not to balance and rotate tires. When drop off I put on the envelope the same thing. Monday evening when my kids pick it up they only did the alignment. So I scheduled for Tuesday morning for balance and and rotate tires and when the were removing the one tire the striped 2 of the bolt and then end up charging me 140 dollars to fix their mess up. So this will be the last time I use them.
