I had a wonderful visit at Meineke today for an oil change and rotation. I was in and out quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Did a detailed check, reached out personally to go over recommendations, and completed work quickly.
I've always liked Meineke as they have always done a great job, but their recent policy change not allowing customers to use their own superior oil and oil filter and instead being forced to use the Meineke oil and filter is very frustrating. Although they did a great job, my business will now be going elsewhere.
Rude staff and constant pushing claiming issues with the vehicle when there aren’t any. When told not interested in the work they claimed they made snide remarks.
