I am a resident in Orange Ca..I had made (5) appointment @ (5)certified auto repairshops. needed the center cataylic converter on my mitsi/eclispe..4-6 wk back order Mitsibishi does not have in stock. It seemed so ridiculous. I'm getting discouraged at this point. $ was not a issue just need fix.i know what issue was , they can not locate an after market catalytic and charge me a few thousand for a dealership one. I made an appointment and they would not see me. I made an appointment for my brake pads to be replacement. They did not honor my appointment after i took time out of MY WORK SCHEDULE! They gave me every excuse in the book about not having enough workers, we don’t got the parts, etc. So than why do you have options to make appointments on your website if you are literally TURNING PEOPLE AWAY!
