I was awakened late at night by my neighbor who let me know that my brake lights were on! I checked with the Mienike app and found they were open on Saturday! I went to the shop in Plainfield by seven am. They took me right in and worked on the car until they were able to fix the situation. Their attention to detail was not lost even with their busy schedule. My wife and I were able to keep our appointments for the day, which included our granddaughter’s birthday party!!! I'm not sure you want to hear my experience earlier this year I brought in my 2018 for an oil change when we brought it home I noticed immediate oil leakage we decided maybe it was just residue after the oil change but that was not true so I brought it back a couple months later and had it repaired for $1,200 and they had it for two two days maybe three and I brought it home and is still is leaking oil so I brought it back and that time they had it for a solid week and a half and I brought it home and it's still making oil I... read more

At this Meineke in Plainfield Iwas impressed with the customer service that was personal and professional. I was impressed to see a young lady in the mechanic field.This was an awesome service.
