I brought my Tacoma due to an oil leak. The diagnosis was the cartridge filter connected incorrectly. They did an oil change and I was assured by Jim that the connection would be checked. He said they cleaned up the skid plate, and it was good to go. This morning I notice that there is still oil leaking. Not only did they not fix the issue, but now the access panel is attached upside down and a bolt is missing. These aren't even difficult car things. This is just basic common sense. Jim and his employees were excellent. Came in for a AC recharge and a replacement on a couple of breaks. Was done same day and Jim even cut me an awesome deal!!!
As always, quick diagnosis, quick fix. These guys get the job done!
My husband took my car in for me and it was great experience. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they didn’t reset my maintenance required notification on my dashboard once they completed the oil change. That’s a little pet peeve of mine and feel it is part of the complete service process. The little details matter. But all in all, a great experience and would be 5 stars if they had taken care of the setting.
