Meineke, you should have found a way to keep me from getting this review request. I’m not giving 1 star based upon bad service, but actually predatory practices. I sensed going in that there were going to pitch lots of add-ons. I get it. I’m in sales too. I was prepared for it, and willing to spend some extra money, but when they suggested that not only did I need around $4k worth of repairs, but I HAD to have those services performed to get the alignment I went in for. Matt and his Sstaff were fantastic. They got me in quick, fixed the problem, and the whole process was smooth and Profesional. Would highly recommend them to anyone
I went to get a oil change and the estimated cost for my diesel truck with the lucas oil treatment were 160.00 which I thought was a little bit too much. Then the next thingI knew they sent a text the cost had went up to 350.00 No way I was going to p a y 350.00 for a oil change. I took my truck and left. This is not way to run a business.
