Have taken both of my cars in for service. The staff is friendly customer service oriented. Let’s you know what’s going on. Gives great advice and honest. Even if it meant that you were better off getting tires somewhere else. Love that about this business. Highly recommend this place
Overall satisfaction. They care about your safety . I have been a repeat customer for these reasons and recently put my son to them. They came through for us when most needed and made the experience even better.
Went there to get an oil change and they were short staffed and do even though I had an appt the wait was over an hour and he mention e her pulled his mechanic to assist with doing oil changes. Which is fine as long as they know what they are doing. Well I came home and I am missing my center hub cap. Instead of owning their mistake of not putting it back on or not putting it on properly. They said maybe someone took it off my tires 🤦🏻♀️. I will not be going back to them. I don’t want to lose a tire on my way home!
Excellent service. I definitely recommend it.
