They’ve been helpful and recommended an overdue and critical repair on key parts that are of safety concerns.
They were very knowledgeable and they were respectful and they also talked in terms that I could understand especially when I’m not a car person and I have a disability. They treated me just like everybody else, but they didn’t talk so technical that I couldn’t follow them. I would highly recommend them. I do plan on going back to them for future work.
Frankly, I expect more than what they did in the diagnostic for $180. This was my go-to mechanic in the area, but they only checked the check engine light code and told me to go to a dealership. Also, the automated pestering to leave a review is the only reason I took time out of my day to complain.
