I had an excellent experience at Meineke today. The manager went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything regarding my vehicle. I truly appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s not often you come across this level of care. I highly recommend this location!

Horrible. I was given the run around to get my deposit back once I cancelled my appointment. And I was told I needed a repair but my dealership confirmed it was not necessary.
I had a coupon to rotate tires for free. They told me it was done. I told them it was not as I marked the tires. After waiting for almost 2 hours for a 10 minute oil change that I had sn appointment for, I was told I was correct the tires were not rotated. If I waited they wouldn’t get the car back in. I told them thanks for lying to me but I spent to much time here already. Worst oil change experience in my 66 year old life.
