I came in to get my antifreeze filled and it took literally 20 minutes and they charged me $70 for labor. The antifreeze cost $35, how does that make any sense. Then they charge you for the gallon and keep the rest of what’s in the gallon. Not a happy customer.
My mercedes was showing check engine light, i gave my car to them for diagnosis, they told me thats its a spark plug and coil issue in my car, my car is just 38k miles. Total quote was for $2234 and then i told them i dont want to proceed he said we can lower it to 1400, i still said no. Paid them $150 for diagnosis and went to another mechanic, he checked the car and tightened the spark plug and check engline light gone, that guy said you need to pay anything there was no issue in the car.
