My daughter has been using them for minor mechanical repairs and oil changes and was always satisfied and felt like she was not being taken advantage of. That's all changed. Today. My 2004 Honda Accord ( with 250,000 miles) was losing power and I had no “ check engine” light on my dashboard. So I took it to David at Meineke on Gilbert. He had my car done by the next day. He found my catalytic converter was plugged and both O2 sensors were bad. Another great job by the guys at this shop. The service is unmatched. I will always bring my vehicles to Rob and David. Quality work and service is hard to find.

David was absolutely NO help. He told me “the shop doesn’t open until 8am” and it was 8:10am. He quoted me $700 for the battery and $150 labor. For replacing a battery. He was very snobby and stated he only carries “top of the line batteries”. He was extremely rude and it just felt like he just did NOT want to work.
I would give this place 0 stars. Talked to David on the phone to get a quote on a battery and he said he can’t give me a quote without looking inside my car. Would never go here or recommend it to anyone. I feel like he talked down to me because I am a woman.
