Extremely professional, friendly, and cost effective service. My “go to” for auto service and repairs! They were able to troubleshoot my a/c and replace the struts for the rear lift gate on my 2004 Nissan Quest.
They were very efficient and nice. My car seems well repaired and I have no problems.
The reason for my visit was: my vehicle a/c was intermittently blowing warm air. Meineke performed pressure manifold measurements and determined the pressures were excessively high on both the system low and high sides. Evacuating the freon revealed the refrigerant charge was okay (i.e. no leak). The freon was re-introduced back into the system; subsequent pressures seemed normal and the a/c worked fine. The folks at Meineke have earned by trust and loyalty for years. They always seems to care about the safety of my vehicle and provide excellent customer service every time. They did an excellent job of accommodating my work schedule when they made my last repair and they finished all of the work earlier than expected. I stopped by this afternoon to get an oil change. There were no other cars in the lot or the bay, and the man who came into the lobby was blunt and rude. He asked if I had an appointment, to which I said no. He then went on to say “well our last appointment was at 4, I mean I can get you in for tomorrow.” I’ve never had an issue before at any meinekee being worked in same day unless they had a full bay of cars already.
