I was having a horrible experience with Hyundai service at 2 separate locations where they were incapable of diagnosing my car and they were charging for repairs that were not needed and excessive wait times. Dominic and his team fixed my car in 24hours, and actually did proper testing and diagnosis. Even better they added a little bit of gas in my car! On top of this they were very helpful and honest so I will now be using their service for sure. They’re doing business the old fashioned way, and I am grateful for them.
I was more than pleased with every aspect of professionalism at Meineke. From the time I walked in the front door to when I left with my vehicle, I had no doubt this was my go-to place for my vehicle maintenance.
This place has been here for years. A family owns it. I made an appointment on line to get a oil change. Let me tell you that these guys made me feel at home. The owner came up to me and introduced himself and shook my hand. Now thats what you call customer care service. I did not even have to wait that long. They were quick. The service was excellent. Thank you to Isaiah and making me feel at home. And the prices are not that bad. Go check them out. Great people. Great atmosphere. Coffee, water, cable TV, a/c.
