The labor rate is way to high and the parts they use are cheap aftermarket stuff. Never again!
I went to get my car fixed I wasn't aware of the exact issues but they told me spark plugs and censors... I paid $1,100 for my engine to start knocking loudly in under 6 hours and now their telling me I can't get any form of refund... and their not offering to fix my problem after.... There's no way I go in with NO ENGINE problems on the machine to breaking down almost immediately after DO NOT GO TO MINEKE AT ALL
Just wanted to take time out to give credit where credit is due. I had the privilege of receiving outstanding also to include very professional service from store manager Scott. He was able streamline and kept it simple and produced a complete resolution to my car woo's. Great job and thank you. * * * * *
Scott the manager went above and beyond helping us get our car repaired on short notice. We were traveling from SC to TN when our car lost power on the interstate. Meineke was on our insurance list for approved shops. We called and since it was almost closing time, we had 30 min to get there. We called Meineke and Scott listened to us explain our car’s symptoms and instructed we were ok to drive it over instead of waiting for a tow.
