I refuse to go anywhere else. Coming to get my car done at Meineke is like going to the cool uncle to get it done. Good atmosphere. And character over currency.. affordable. I’d assume a little more expensive than other places but the service makes up for that. And quick. I had over $2k worth of work done in less than 5 hours. it feels like I’m driving a brand new car. Truly baffling experience here this morning. I made an appointment for 9am, I arrived and was told my oil change may not be done until 5pm tonight? 8 hours later.. even though I had an appointment. I asked how it was possible an oil change could take that long and the man behind the desk told me he didn’t have anyone to do the work and told me to go to Jiffy Lube. Fast, efficient and great customer service. Highly recommend.
Definitely do not go here!! I called ahead before bringing my car, and the whole time, the technician wasnt even facing me while talking, nor did he even look at my car issue. Poor customer service!!
