Took in my daughter’s 2018 Jeep Wrangler convinced I needed an alternator. However, Wes quickly diagnosed it and discovered that it was actually the battery that needed to be replaced, which was a significant savings. He installed it in a very timely fashion and also alerted me to a technical glitch with the odometer that would be corrected through a manufacturer’s recall. All in all, a great experience.
