Absolutely awful 😞 Several months ago I took my vehicle in for a noise coming from the front driver side. l left with a much worse problem and my vehicle has not been the same since. They apologized the first time we brought it back cuz we only made it a few miles down the road before it started smelling really bad and smoking. They said it was a mistake one of them had made and they would fix it. Idk what they did to it but it caused one of my hoses to break , my breaks to lock up and so much more. This is the first time we have went to Meineke. This will be our go to place for our vehicle needs from now on.
Great space for waiting while they work. The oil change included a free tire rotation! And they have a great system for breaking down what they checked, what needs to be fixed and how much it all cost. My total was $76 including a $10 off coupon I found on their website. Great customer service as well.
Always nice. easy to deal with. I like the emails when my car's done. They are always able to squeeze me in.
