Had a breakdown late evening and got the car towed here the same night. I expected to leave it overnight without updates, but they actually called once they diagnosed the issue next morning. It was a fuel pump failure. Repair took a bit longer because of part availability, but they prioritized getting it done quickly. The communication during an emergency situation made a big difference. Not many places respond that well after hours.
Brendon at the Edwardsville branch is an amazing asset for Meineke. He is pleasant, engaging and extremely knowledgeable. He is personally responsible for our becoming a permanent customer.
They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed properly. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend them to anyone.
