Was having an issue with a misfire I figured I could probably take care of the issue myself but kind of got over my head with the amount of work that needs to be done brought it to the shop. I can always trust Meineke for honest, fair and professional service. They send text updates with diagnostics in an easy to read, and accept or decline a-la-cart repairs. Which is followed up by a call from the maintenance supervisor to go over each item and discuss the details and options. I recently took my Jeep Cherokee in for a 100,000 mile service/check up. Manager was very nice. They got to work right away on my car and did exactly as I asked them to do. Their pricing was much better than other shops in the area. I have had mediocre service from meineke years ago but thought I would try them again. I am pleased to say I was very happy with their work.
