It’s about the cars yes. That’s a given. So I’m satisfied with my oil change and tire rotation. But the customer service AND respect I received from these gentleman here is outstanding. A service my husband usually takes care of was smooth and assuring for me. Thanks for the great experience
I absolutely would not recommend this place! I use to love the level of service I would receive here but it has gone downhill since my last visit. I went in today for an oil change usually when I get an oil change I’ll receive a email/text or a technician would come out and let me know whats wrong with my car. That did not happen today the guy at the desk was “new” so he couldn’t figure it out but I heard him rush the technician with my car because he has other appointments coming in which is a red flag.
