I wasn’t very impressed with my first visit to Meineke. I came in to get my muffler fixed up but was told nobody there could weld it and they said I should see a “muffler” shop. That’s what the website said they were. Then they said they could replace my parts for $1000! I can’t believe there isn’t one guy there that could look at the problem and say “I could fix that”. Safe to say I won’t be calling them for work anytime soon.
Andrew the service writer has been my point of contact. He has always been professional, polite, and patient, available to answer any questions and deliver my vehicle back to many within the time frame quoted. The building and grounds are clean and well kept. I notice that other customers are pleased with the service if we happen to be paying and picking up our respective vehicles.
I blew a tire and pulled into the Meineke parking lot by chance. The guys were kind enough to remove the damaged tire and install my spare within minutes, which allowed me to get myself to my own job on time. They even managed to find time in their busy day to repair my tire and install it a few hours later at a reasonable cost. I had never been a customer before this instance, but I had such a great experience that I’ll definitely be returning!
Been going to Meineke for 2 years now and they’ve always been straight with me. Good guys. Friendly. And the work is done right. The digital diagnostic is nice as well to plan ahead.
They went the extra mile to help us. Initially, they thought we needed an engine module and installed it, but then found another problem. So they put the old module back in and didn't charge us for the labor, which was only fair. They were very honest and caring through the entire experience.
